Turn one brightly lit close-up of a face into a 16:9 character sheet built for Seedance 2.5 and Seedance 2.0: front, face close-up and back, with the face shown only once so videos keep the same face.

It is one reference image that shows a person from every angle a video model needs: the full body from the front, a large face close-up and the full body from the back, on a plain grey backdrop. Seedance 2.5 and Seedance 2.0 use it to keep the same face, body and outfit across every shot of a video.
Seedance treats every face in a reference image as a face to reproduce. A sheet with a single small close-up gives it too little face detail, and a sheet that shows the face twice (a close-up plus a face on the full-body view) gives it two faces to merge. Both lead to drifting or blended faces. This space shows the face exactly once, large and sharp, and leaves it off the front view, which is the format that gives Seedance 2.5 its best face quality.
One brightly lit, sharp close-up of the face, looking at the camera. Daylight from a window or soft even light works best. Avoid sunglasses, hats that shade the face, heavy filters, strong shadows and group photos. The brighter and sharper the face, the better the close-up on the sheet and the better Seedance keeps the face.
So the sheet contains only one face. The front view still shows the body, outfit, hands and proportions, while the face lives only in the large close-up. Giving Seedance one clear face instead of two is what stops it from hallucinating or mixing faces.
Yes. By default the sheet keeps the outfit from your photo. Add an outfit photo, either a flat-lay or the outfit worn by anyone, and the character wears it instead. You can also write instructions such as "keep the dress black" or "make the model slimmer".
Yes. The front view is cleared of hair, beards and head coverings, and the clothing underneath is continued. We tested bald heads, short hair, afros, box braids, waist-length hair, ponytails, hijabs and a turban with a long beard.
One 16:9 PNG at 2048x1152: the front full body without the face on the left, a face close-up in the centre and the back view on the right, all on the same grey studio backdrop. Use it as the character reference image in a Seedance 2.5 or Seedance 2.0 video space such as Shadow Clone.
About two to three minutes per sheet, for 6 credits.
