Which plan should I pick?
Pick the smallest plan if you make content on your own. Move up when a team shares the work or you need higher resolution, longer video or batches. Pick the largest when you run big batches and many generations at once.
What is a concurrent run?
A run is one generation in progress. Each plan runs a set number at once, and the plan cards list it. Anything past that waits in a queue and starts when a slot frees up.
What does batch mean?
Batch runs one workflow across many items at once. Give it a list of products and get a set of images back for each. The plan cards list how many items each plan batches.
What is Agent MCP access?
It lets your AI agents use Sloosh directly. Connect Claude or another agent and it can generate, batch and publish work for you.
How are credits counted?
Each generation costs credits. Higher resolution and longer video cost more. You see the cost before you run anything.
Can I try Sloosh before I pay?
Yes. A new account gets 20 free credits to try Studio, spaces and Spacelab.
What happens when I run out?
Buy a top-up and keep going. Your plan refills at the start of the next billing month.
Do unused credits carry over?
On plans that roll credits over, the plan card says for how long. Otherwise credits reset each month.
How do seats work?
Each seat is one person, you included. Every seat brings its own monthly credits. Past the seat limit, talk to us about Enterprise.

Instead of a seat, you buy a result. We assemble a team for your brand, deploy it, do the work every week and own the outcome.
Do I need Enterprise for single sign-on?
