# Introducing Projects: one place for every AI image, video and file behind an idea

Sloosh Projects keep every AI image, video, upload and element for a film, series or brand in one place. Private or Team, with folders and agent access.

Every idea comes with a pile of work: a short film has its stills, test shots and the reference photos behind them, and a brand launch has its hero images, its lookbook and the product shots you started from. Projects gives each idea its own space in Sloosh, so that work stays together from the first prompt to the final pick.

A project holds everything for one idea: a short film, a series, a brand, a client, a product launch. Its generations, uploads and elements sit together, sorted into folders, with a brief and default settings. Projects come with every plan at no extra cost. Generating in one uses your usual credits.

## Start a project in a minute

Open Studio in the top bar and pick Projects, then press New project. Give it a name, and the Set up screen asks for two things:

- **A brief:** the story, the look and who it's for. Everyone on the project sees it in Settings.
- **Defaults:** an aspect ratio, an image model and a video model. Every new prompt in the project starts from them, and you can change them any time.

Press Start creating and you're in. Each project card on Projects shows the latest stills, how many generations it holds and when it last changed.

## Make it inside the project

Generations and Elements both have Studio's prompt box at the bottom, with Image, Video and Edit beside it. It works like Studio, and everything you make is saved to the project. The line under the prompt box says where it lands, such as "Saves to Summer Launch / Hero shots".

Each project keeps its own draft. A half-written prompt stays in its project when you open another one, so switching from your brand shoot to Episode 2 of your series doesn't lose either.

When you press + or type @ in the prompt, the project's own uploads and elements come first. On a computer you can also drag an upload or an element onto the prompt box to use it as a reference.

Already made something you want in a project? In Assets, open a generation's menu, pick Add to project, then choose the project and a folder.

## Folders, one level deep

Press + next to Folders, name it, and the folder opens. What you generate while it's open lands in it. To sort older work, pick Move to folder from a generation's menu, or select several and press Move to folder in the bar that appears.

A run moves as one. Every output from the same prompt goes with it, along with its edits (Upscale, Remove BG and the rest). Delete a folder and its generations go back to All generations, nothing lost.

## Uploads and elements live there too

Uploads holds every file added in the project: images, videos and audio. One file can sit in several projects.

[Elements](https://sloosh.ai/docs/assets) shows the project's own elements first, then the rest of your workspace's. Make one from any generation or upload with Add to Elements, give it a tag and a category, and you can @tag it in any project or in Studio. Keeping the same character across a series starts here: one element, used in every episode.

## Private first, Team when it's ready

Every project starts Private. Only you can open it, and workspace admins can't either. When it's ready to share, open Settings and press Make it Team. Everyone in your workspace can then open it, see everything in it and generate in it.

Team projects stay Team, so the work your teammates add is always there for them. For something just for you, start a new Private project any time.

In a Team project anyone can change the name, brief and defaults, and each field shows who changed it last.

## Let your AI agent work in it

Connect Sloosh to Claude, ChatGPT, Cursor or another AI tool [over MCP](https://sloosh.ai/docs/mcp), and your agent sees the same projects you do. Name the project, and a folder if you want one, in your request:

- "Create a project for my series Night Shift, with a folder for Episode 1 and one for Episode 2."
- "Make three 4:5 images of my mint mug on pastel linen in my Summer Launch project, in the Hero shots folder."
- "Move my last three mug images into the Lookbook folder of Summer Launch."
- "What's in my Summer Launch project so far?"

The agent can create projects and folders, edit a project's brief and defaults, move generations and elements, add your uploads and generate into a project. It acts with your own rights, quotes every paid run first and stays within your daily limit. It asks you to confirm before making a project Team. Archiving and deleting stay in the app. Agent access over MCP needs the Pro or Max plan.

## Archive or delete, and your work stays

Both sit at the bottom of a project's Settings. Archive hides the project from the list and keeps everything. You can open it, but nothing new is made there until you press Restore. Delete removes the project and its folders. Its generations and uploads stay in Assets, and a Private project's stay private to you.

## FAQ

**How do I organize AI generated images in Sloosh?**

Create a project for the idea, add folders, and generate inside it. Everything you make there is saved to the project and to the folder you have open. Older work moves in with Add to project.

**Can my team see my project?**

Only if you make it Team. Every project starts Private, so only you can open it, workspace admins included.

**Can a Team project go back to Private?**

Team projects stay Team, so everyone keeps the work they added. Start a new Private project whenever you want a space just for you.

**Does deleting a project delete my images and videos?**

No. Deleting removes the project and its folders. The generations and uploads stay in Assets.

**What can go into a Private project?**

Your own Studio generations, uploads and elements. Work from teammates, Spaces or Spacelab, anything shared by link, and runs that are still generating stay where they are, and Sloosh tells you which ones after a move.

**Do Projects cost extra?**

No. Projects come with every plan. Generating in a project uses your usual credits.
